I just impressed the way they deal with the customer. I went there to buy a mountain bike for my nephew after searching few other stores and waited there for about 1½ hours till my cycle got ready after through check. Within this period I noticed they do post delivery inspection for every item they sold, even for a cycle which is meant for a 2 years kid. Particularly the owner is so nice person that he took personal care to every customer visit his place. One of the best customer experience I have ever had.

I bought a black and green frog viper x101 26' cycle 10 months ago and till date I haven't faced any problems with their service. The owner is very humble and good and knows very well how to talk to a customer. Their service is also very excellent as many times I faced some problems with my cycle because of my weight and they fixed it immediately.
